Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License (preferred but not required if actively pursuing).
- 0-2 years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (entry-level definition).
- 2+ years of professional experience in related fields such as sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English.

Preferred:
- Prior experience in loan origination, real estate, or financial services.
- Familiarity with mortgage software and tools (e.g., LOS, CRM).
