Philip Seely is the President and Broker Owner of PHILANYA, INC., a 100% Veteran-Owned financial services firm headquartered in Saint Augustine, Florida. He started in 1993 as a Loan Officer and as a Mortgage Broker in 2008 — more than 30 years of experience across every type of Florida real estate market. He served in the United States Army before building a career in mortgage lending, financial consulting, and business education.
Philip teaches every PHILANYA class personally. His approach is direct, practical, and plain-language: no jargon, no theory for its own sake, and no time wasted on things that do not matter in the real world.
