Career With Benefits

If Covid-19 didn't teach you how to have a side hustle, nothing else probably will. When we started PHILANYA, we wanted to make a difference in the lives of those who work with us and our clients. 1993, was the year I made the choice to become a Loan Officer after my Active Duty time serving in the U.S. Army. Much has changed since that time, especially technology. A loan file, a checklist of items, and a pat on the back "Go get'em!" was my training. If you are looking for something different and want to make a difference in the lives of others, consider becoming a State Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with PHILANYA.

At PHILANYA, INC., we are seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who are dedicated to their craft. Preferably with two or more years of experience and local to Florida. This position offers remote capability, and we are seeking talented professionals that think outside of the box. Individuals who just can’t say no to a loan and will work hard to get the client the loan program that best fits their specific need. We are looking for Mortgage Loan Originators that want to be a part of their community and are dedicated to customer experience.

Why choose PHILANYA mortgage services?
